Friday, Saturday, and Sunday we prepare for you three delectable meals that are vegan/vegetarian with gluten free options. Our chefs are the incomparable Alikat Rose and Landon Reinoehl, who cook, without a doubt, the best vegan food I eat all year. Breakfast is served from 10-12, and is just a continental spread of morning yummies. Lunch and dinner are more elaborate meals that nourish body and soul.

Green salad with cumin roasted beets, shredded carrots, cherry tomatoes, and golden raisins with lemon garlic tahini dressing
Pancake buffet w/ fruit and assorted toppings
w/sweet potatoes, brown rice, black beans, marinated greens,
fried mushrooms and tofu, fresh veggies
